January Upper Body Challenge! 

Start the New Year strong with the $5 January Upper Body Challenge! This 30-day challenge is designed specifically for runners who often neglect upper body strength—an essential component of overall fitness and proper running form. Each day, you’ll complete a 5-10 minute workout targeting key upper body muscle groups like the shoulders, arms, chest, and back, all while improving your posture, muscle tone, and endurance.


This challenge is the perfect way to kickstart your year with consistency, helping you build strength where it matters most, without needing long, complicated workouts.
