Complete an online intake with a coach. From here your coach will design an individualized plan specifically for you and your race goal. Your plan will be delivered through a Training Peaks Basic account and will be a hands-off style of training.
Options for plans are as follows:
6-8 week plan - recommended for a 5km
9-11 week plan - recommended for a 10km
12-14 week plan - recommended for a half marathon
