Get Shit Done Run Pace Team

We are looking for volunteers to help pace runners to their PB at the Get Sh*t Done Run! You should be able to comfortably run faster than the pace time you are applying for. All pacers will receive a t-shirt, socks and a run cap to wear!

21km Pace Times: 1:30, 1:40, 1:45, 1:50, 2:00, 2:10, 2:20, 2:30


10km Pace Times: 40 min, 45 min, 50 min, 55 min, 1:00, 1:05, 1:10


5km Pace Times: 20 min, 25 min, 30 min, 35 min, 40 min
