Motivated In Motion has partnered with RnR to get you started in your training for the Get Sh*t Done Run on April 28, 2023.
We're providing the first 3-4 weeks of comprehensive training plans tailored for both beginner walk/runners and continuous runners. This starting point is designed to get you on track for the 5K, 10K, or half marathon event.
