Purchase an Individualized Plan

Complete an online intake with a coach. From here your coach will design an individualized plan specifically for you and your race goal. Your plan will be delivered through a Training Peaks Basic account and will be a hands-off style of training.  

Plan recommendations:

• 6-8 week plan - recommended for a 5km 

• 9-11 week plan - recommended for a 10km

• 12-14 week plan - recommended for a half marathon

• 15-20 week plan - those looking for maintence or a longer build

*This service is not available for marathons. 

**All plans will be delivered in TrainingPeaks which will automatically load your workouts to your training device. It will be an additional $4/ week of training purchased (i.e; if you purchase an 8 week training plan it will cost $100 + $32 for TrainingPeaks). 

Local athletes can add pay for drop in track nights.
