🧘 Mindful Sundays: slightly higher chance of Treats for recovery and reflection.
🏅 Consistency wins: tiny, daily actions that add up to stronger, springier running.
TRICKS (quick & spicy, always runner-relevant):
20–30 sec bursts (e.g., fast feet, wall sits)
Short strength hits (e.g., squats, lunges, planks)
Light plyo sprinkles (e.g., calf hops, skaters)
TREATS (soothing & restorative):
5-minute breathwork or mini-meditation
Calf/hamstring/hip opener flows
Gentle mobility, foam rolling, gratitude prompts
Expect variety, fun, and just enough challenge—without hijacking your training.
How long is each task?
5–10 minutes tops, designed as an add-on.
Will this replace my training?
No. It complements your plan—keep your runs as programmed.
What if I miss a day?
No problem. The ball resets at midnight. Jump back in tomorrow.
Is this for beginners?
Absolutely. Every TRICK can be modified; TREATS support recovery for all levels.
