Join us for our third annual Galentine’s Day event on Saturday, February 7 at 11 AM at the Sunalta Community Hub.
We’ll kick things off with a beginner-friendly guided yoga class led by Melanie Emlyn - a gentle way to warm up, improve mobility, and ground both new and experienced runners and walkers before our main discussion.
After yoga, enjoy light bites and beverages before we come together for an empowering panel conversation on women’s mental health and confidence in running (or whatever movement looks like for you). Hosted by Janelle Brade from Motivated in Motion, our local experts will share lived experiences, practical tools, and informed insights on building confidence, navigating body image pressures, and overcoming feelings of intimidation in sport.
