Early bird rate: $229+ tax (valid until March 1)
Regular rate: $259+ tax
Train smart. Show up confident. Run the season together.
The 5 Peaks Trail Series is more than a race, it’s a season-long commitment. If you’re signing up for one race or planning to tackle the full series, having the right structure between events can make the difference between feeling overwhelmed and feeling prepared.
This program is designed for trail runners who want guidance, confidence, and community throughout the entire 5 Peaks season, without the full 1:1 coaching pricetag.
You’ll follow a structured training framework built specifically around the 5 Peaks Central Alberta races, with workouts delivered through TrainingPeaks, group support, and clear race-week guidance so you know exactly what to focus on at each stage of the season.
This sits between a generic training plan and full 1:1 coaching. You get structure and support, without the cost or commitment of personalized coaching.
This program is a great fit if you:
Are new to trail racing and using 5 Peaks as your introduction
Have trail experience and want more structure across the season
Are training for one race or the full 5 Peaks Series
Can comfortably run ~10 km on road (or have simixlar hiking fitness)
Want guidance, consistency, and community
Prefer a group-based experience rather than full 1:1 coaching
This program is not suitable if you:
Are chasing podiums or performance-based outcomes
Need injury rehab or return-to-run support
Want weekly plan adjustments or individualized feedback
Are stacking multiple major races (outside 5Peaks) and need full customization
If that sounds like you, 1:1 coaching is likely a better fit.
The program runs from April 1 to September 26, covering the entire 5 Peaks season.
When you sign up, you’ll select:
Which 5 Peaks races you’re doing
Which distance you’ve chosen for each race (Sport, Enduro, or Grit)
From there, I’ll load the appropriate race-specific training blocks into your TrainingPeaks account. Your plan progresses with the season, including build phases, recovery weeks, and race-week guidance.
You don’t need to guess how to train between races. It’s all mapped out for you.
Season-long training framework (April 1–Sept 26)
Race-specific training blocks for your selected distances
TrainingPeaks Premium access for the full program duration
Group chat support with other 5 Peaks athletes
Race-week reminders and guidance
Optional add-ons:
30-minute 1:1 consult ($30)
Upgrade to full 1:1 coaching at any point
10% discount into 5 Peaks races
TrainingPeaks Premium access is included for the duration of the program and ends on September 26 unless you upgrade or continue with your coaching journey.
To keep this sustainable and fair for everyone, the following are not included:
Workout modifications or weekly plan changes
Injury diagnosis or rehab guidance
Integration of additional races outside 5 Peaks

Clear boundaries allow this program to stay supportive, effective, and affordable for everyone.
