Whether you’re completely new to running or looking to build consistency, this 8-week plan will guide you from walking to confidently running 5K on race day—all while supporting an amazing cause!
💙 Couch to 5K Plan – Pay What You Want (Suggested minimum: $10).
💙 Anything over $10 will be donated directly to Real Humanitarian!
💙 Gradual progression with 3 runs per week + optional strength workouts.
💙 Join our local community runs in Harmony or Fort McMurray for extra support & motivation.
💙 Fundraising with Purpose – Your training supports Real Humanitarian’s mission to provide education for at-risk children.
