Our annual See a Hill, Run a Hill challenge is back, and this year we're climbing for a cause.
Kick off trail season with some elevation under your feet and make every metre count for mental health.
Bigger Than the Trail is a mental health organization built by and for the trail running community. They exist to break down the stigma around mental health, create space for honest conversations, and support athletes who are struggling. Mental health and endurance sport are deeply connected, and Bigger Than the Trail is doing the work to make sure no one has to navigate that alone.
This challenge is our way of using the miles we were already planning to run to make a real difference.
Every metre you climb, you are raising the roof for mental health.
Sign up with a pay-what-you-can entry fee. The suggested minimum is $5. Every dollar over $5 goes directly to Bigger Than the Trail.
Throughout the month, prizes will be up for grabs for participants. Details to come.
Log your elevation throughout July, watch the community leaderboard grow, and know that every climb you take is contributing to something bigger than the trail.
Pay what you can. Minimum suggested entry: $5. All amounts over $5 donated to Bigger Than the Trail.
