A Running Mechanics Lab
$10 + tax
Run Skills Night is a small-group, drill-based session designed to help you move better, feel stronger, and build confidence in your running mechanics. This isn’t a running workout. It’s a focused, hands-on session where we slow things down, dial in technique, and work on the details that support long-term running success.
Hosted by Coach Janelle, this session blends education and movement in a supportive, welcoming environment.
Each 1-hour session includes:
A proper running warm-up focused on mobility and activation
Running drills to improve coordination, stride mechanics, and efficiency
Strength exercises that directly support running form and stability
A guided cool down with stretching and mobility work to support recovery
Sessions are capped at 10 athletes to keep things intentional, hands-on, and interactive. You’ll get cues, feedback, and coaching throughout.
All levels welcome. Whether you’re newer to running or looking to refine how you move, this session meets you where you’re at.
