Whether you’re racing Seawheeze or just want a structured, high-vibe summer build, this program gives you the plan, the accountability, and the momentum to train smart and feel strong on race day.
Already training 1:1 with Coach Janelle?
You don’t need the Seawheeze training plan to be part of the summer crew.
You can stay on your fully personalized program and add the Seawheeze Community Experience to your coaching.
This gives you access to the community layer of the Seawheeze build while keeping your customized training plan intact.
You’ll receive:
✔ Access to the private Seawheeze group space
✔ Members-only crew pop-ups and partner activations
✔ Education sessions and fuelling support
✔ Race week guidance and hype
✔ Summer crew identity and accountability
You will not receive:
✘ The 15-week group half marathon training plan
✘ A second TrainingPeaks plan layered onto your current program
This add-on is designed for athletes who want the community, the events, and the summer energy while continuing to train on their individualized plan.

This program is best suited for runners who:
Can currently run 5km continuously
OR
Can complete 5km using a consistent run/walk strategy
Are comfortable running 3–4 days per week
Are injury-free or managing independently
Are looking to build toward a half marathon distance
This program is not designed for:
Brand-new runners
Injury rehabilitation
Highly advanced competitive athletes seeking personalized performance optimization
